The structural characteristics of vacuum induction furnace
Description: the vacuum induction furnace is characterized by a sealed furnace shell outside the sensor and a pumping system
Vacuum induction furnace is the process of smelting and pouring under vacuum. It is characterized by a sealed furnace shell outside the sensor and a pumping system. The furnace cover of the furnace can be opened. Crucible, sensors and ingot mould is put inside the furnace shell, crucible sensor structure is the same as ordinary induction furnace, can be mounted on the furnace shell under the vacuum loading, temperature measuring and sampling device, and is equipped with observation holes. The furnace shell is cooled during the smelting process, the furnace shell is sealed and vacuum, the limit of vacuum is 0.01 ~ 0.001 Pa, and the vacuum is 0.1 Pa. The vacuum of the large vacuum induction furnace is lower than the small vacuum induction furnace.
