The degassing principle of vacuum induction furnace
Degassing is material of slow evaporation in vacuum phenomenon, is the main problem on the vacuum performance. Any of the surface of the solid material is likely to be attached to gas and liquid accumulation form molecular layer. As a result of the pressure will gradually reduce the molecular layer gradually evaporate, because the surface energy is smaller than the vacuum energy.
Nitrogen, and volatile solvent degassing speed faster, with an inert gas and oil and water vapor will continue to adhere to the surface, after a few hours will evaporate. Porous materials, dust particles can increase the surface area and other natural substances, so may cause more degassing. Radiation and temperature will provide enough energy to absorb molecules from the surface. Vacuum induction furnace temperature can release after low temperature when attached on the surface molecules. So, with the increase of furnace temperature, degassing phenomenon will gradually increase.
